Our Rehabilitation Services team consists of compassionate, caring and highly skilled professionals that will include Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Custom bracing specialists, Geriatric Assessors and Physiotherapist/occupational therapist assistants. Our Rehabilitation Services department follows the latest philosophies and concepts in rehabilitation to ensure we are meeting the rehabilitation needs of our clients to help with successful recovery and reintegration into their independent lifestyles.

- Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Service

Whether it’s a sports or work-related injury, concussion, acute or chronic sprain/strain, need geriatric or post-operative rehabilitation, our team of skilled and experienced physiotherapists are equipped to manage these conditions with the latest evidence-informed practices to assist with successful and timely recovery.

- Kinesiology Rehabilitation Service

Kinesiologists use evidence-based active treatment models to correct body mechanics and restore mobility to injured areas. Our Kinesiologist can help with injuries to joints, soft tissue sprains and strains, post-operative rehabilitation, post-concussion management, and functional movement screening.

- Biomechanical & Physical Assessments

Our Rehabilitation Services provide comprehensive biomechanical and physical assessments conducted by experienced Rehabilitation Team. Using advanced tools such as Functional Movement Assessment (FMS) and Y-Balance testing, we evaluate biomechanical and movement dysfunctions, muscle asymmetry, postural issues, and performance-limiting movement patterns that may increase injury risk or impact sports performance. This service benefits elite, varsity, and professional athletes, as well as emergency service professionals such as firefighters, and more! Following a comprehensive evaluation, clients will receive a customized, exercise-based rehabilitation program to help improve mobility, enhance performance, build strength, and alleviate pain.

- Outpatient Based Geriatric Rehabilitation for Healthy Aging

Rehabilitation Services will also provide comprehensive rehabilitation to community seniors recovering from an acute crisis, living with frailty or as a preventative rehabilitation when diagnosed with pre-frailty. With our current challenges in healthcare, we support provincial guidelines and philosophy of improving functioning for older adults, maximizing their independence and improve their quality of life in their home by using education and exercise-based rehabilitation programs aimed at promoting healthy aging, maintaining independence, and improving overall physical well-being.

- Custom Bracing

All individuals, ranging from older adults with mobility issues to competitive athletes who require bracing and custom bracing and fitting may book an appointment with our custom brace specialist. This service includes an assessment, custom brace fitting and follow-up appointments to adjust bracing as required.
